We thoroughly investigate the problem we’re tasked with solving. This is the phase where we do all our discovery. We research all the aspects of the brand, the audience, the environment, technologies and production processes and the degree of impact and influence each will have on a particular project. We call it looking at the problem from 360 degrees. We don’t believe in producing too much documentation on projects. A well-considered set of expectations, a framework of understanding is more effective at keeping everyone on track.
We move to a phase of designing the solution, carefully looking at all the aspects of production and implementation. We carefully craft our work to ensure it aligns well with current brand guidelines and above the line creative. We will often work in with design and advertising agencies when we effectively become the retail extension of a campaign.
